How to reach the conference

Plane
The main international airport in The Netherlands is Amsterdam (Schiphol). Other International Airports nearby are Brussels (B) (100 km) and Düsseldorf (D) (90 km) all connected via Intercity trains with Aachen (D). From there a taxi takes you to the conference centre.

By train
If you fly to Amsterdam the most convenient way of travel is to travel by intercity train to Heerlen. Depending on the departure time, you have to switch trains either at Utrecht or at Eindhoven (Detailed information can be found at the website of the Dutch Railway(link naar http://www.ns.nl/en/). From Heerlen station you can take a taxi to Rolduc (Kerkrade) for approx. 25.00 €.
From Germany: travel to station Herzogenrath. From there take a Taxi to Rolduc

By car
From Eindhoven: Take Highway A2 in the direction of Maastricht / Heerlen. From junction Kerensheide follow the direction of Heerlen / Aken (A76). At the junction Ten Esschen choose the direction of Kerkrade (A76) and from junction Bocholtz N281. Take exit Kerkrade. Follow signs towards Kerkrade and then follow the brown signs  “Rolduc”.

From Aachen: After the border Aachen/Heerlen (A4/A76) follow Kerkrade (N281) at junction Bocholtz. Take the exit Kerkrade, follow “Kerkrade” and subsequently the brown signs “Rolduc”.
